I have tummy and some extra weight in whole body specially in chest and thighs .So I would like to get fit so kindly guide me.

To get back into the shape yo need to indulge yourself in physical activity like running, jogging, brisk walking, or gym. Try eat healthy diet like include good amount of fibre, proteins etc. Reduce the intake of fatty food, junk food etc. Include fresh fruits and salads in your diet.
