The Polymorph reading in my DLC of Blood is 74 against the maximum of 70. Also the TLC reading is 3500 against the normal rate of 4000 & above Please advise me how to overcome these deficiency?

Hello, basically you need to improve your immunity by increasing wbc ,count. You have to monitor your dietary habits adding the underlying vit, minirals to encounter infections. Vitamin 'A' vit 'E' Zinc, selenium & vit 'C' omega3 fatty acid, flex oil, fish Carrots, eggs, Mangoes, sprouts, Garlic. Green tea, yogurt. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Go for meditation to nourish your body & liver. Your diet be easily digestible in frequent intervals. Avoid junkfood, alcohol & nicotine. Tk, care.
