I am suffering from body fat now. I was 86 kg weight 3 months before and I feel conscious about my body getting fat and stop eating food whenever I get hungry I drink hot water and after one month of that my weight came down to 73 kg and I feel my body weight is normal and start eating as before and now my weight is going up slightly and body fat is too high and my belly. Please suggest a way to make my body fit. Please.

You should not stop eating foods when you are hungry but rather eat foods which are right for u.Drinking warm water is good for digestion but that alone is not enough for Weight loss. You have to change your outlook to diet.
