I have been married for 2 years. We starting planning for a baby after 8-9 months, my wife is diagnosed with PCOD. I have a healthy lifestyle with no smoking and alcohol. We went for IUI with sperm count of 12mil and motility 22%. I have a very healthy lifestyle with no smoking and alcohol habits and daily dose of green vegetables and juices! Why my count is so low, and what are the chances of pregnancy with 2 follicles at 13th day and this sperm count!

Hi. With a history of testicular torsion, it may be difficult to pick up counts. More so if your's is a desk job with minimal physical activity. If IUI fails at least 3 times, you may go ahead with ICSI. Best wishes.
