I had a fever on 30th October. I took anti biotic for 20-25 days doctor told that I was viral fever. Till now I am feeling weak and fatigue. My all reports cbc lft typhoidot esr urine test went normal. I took multi. Vitamin and daily mix fruit juice also. It been more than two months now. But still I am. Feeling weak and fatigue. What should I do. My weight has slightly increased from 65 to 70 in these two months because of no physical activity due to weakness. Kindly help. What should I do.

Dear lybrate-user. It just a mind game. If your body has been weak there should be a muscle wasting and your weight must have gone down. But you have increased in weight. Just clear up your mind and go for walk daily in morning you will feel fresh and energetic. Regards.
