My uric acid keeps flactuating. So I cannot take protein rich diets. And my knee has been effected by osteoarthritis. Im afraid my other joints might also get affected. please advise.

The concept that you should not take protein as your uric acid is increased, is totally wrong. Also, uric acid has got nothing to do with osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can affect many joints in the body, staying fit and active is the only way you can help yourself.
