I have gained lot of fats near belly and thighs and have also got double chin. Want to reduce this please suggest ways and also suggest the food that I should avoid. My diet preference is jain. I have a sitting job i.e. 9.30-6.45 apart from this my daily travelling is 4 hours. I leave for work at 7.30 and reach home by 9. Due to this schedule I am not able to have any physical activity. Suggest appropriate diet and exercise.
