I have dandruff and acne problem. And my weight is under weight for my age and height so can you please suggest some diet plans to gain weight and also to improve the skin.

Hair lack lustre and are prone to problems like dandruff when eating habits are not healthy and there is more combustion of junk and outside food. Include sesame, coconut and cashewnuts in your diet for adding lustre and shine to skin and hair.
