Usually a person presumes that he is not eating much but still the weight is going up. However this assumption itself is wrong. If you count the daily calories, the count will be higher than what the body needs. Also you may be counting only the regular food at home, whereas maximum calories come from parties, outings, marriages, functions etc where people eat unlimited amount of food/calories. SOLUTION - 1. Consult a dietician to work out a caliberated diet. 3. Also you can use an app like 'Myfitnesspal' which can help you to keep track of the daily calories. 4. Exercise intensity has to increase from walk to jog or aerobics / zumba etc.
