Sir I am over weight and I am following a healthy diet please help me when ever I do crunches and other workout severe pain in stomach I can not able to move too I fell like my abdominal nerves problem even on no workout days I feel the pain and I am suffering from cold Please suggest me something for weight loose.

Stop all market and packed foods. Cut down on cooked foods, especially rice, wheat & dairy based. Increase intake of raw veggies, fruits, sprouts and nuts. Do not do crunches for some time. They do not help in weight loss. And if done wrong way can hurt your back. Do stretching exercises and cardio.
