Dear lybrateuser, - To develop your muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein foods & do regular exercise - have fruits, vegetsbles including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, nonveg, milk & milk products, legumes, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, peanuts - do regular exercise such as jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, pull ups, push ups, squats regularly to build muscles - include a protein food in each of your meal & also as a snack.
