I have been suffering from teeth sensitivity especially after taking hot and cold food. What is the probable cause? How to get rid of from this?

Dear Lybrate user, your some teeth are affected from abrasion or erosion that's why you are suffering from hot & cold sensation. You need restoration of the damage part of the teeth. Please consult to dentist for treatment.

Try a desensitising toothpate for a week.
Sensitivity can b due to abrasion. You can use desensitizing tooth paste for time being. And for permanent solution you need to get fillings done.
You can use sensodent k plus toothpaste for teeth sensitivity.
U may use sensodent k tooth paste twice daily especially at night
Use sensoform tooth paste.
