Brown moles are there all over his body, we have consulted so many doctors ,they told like his skin is allergic to sun as his skin tone and type is similar to americans (he is extremely fair) and they also face the same issue when they come here ,affected area-face, hands, legs and too less on upper body part. Doctors advice to do laser when he is 18 or more. Please suggest something and advice if laser guarantees to remove them permanently and it won't appear again.
