Exams are coming and I have not studies yet, I was plan to study but I was so scared of study that whenever I think about it it makes me depressed, that depression leads me to sleep more n more!

Do not get depressed. Exams only test your knowledge. They are not to be scared off. To begin with, pick uo a subject and a topic you like. Study for 45 minutes at a stretch and take a break for 10 mins, in those 10 mins, eat something healthy and refrain from social media at that time. You could either take a walk outside or talk to a close one. Then sit and prioritise your entire syllabus. Divide your syllabus into chunks and plan what you ll study when. Eat healthy, avoid junk, caffeine. Take naps. Sleep fr good 8 hours and most importantly practise deep breathing. It will help you remain calm and improve your concentration.
