I am a college student of age 22. I do yoga in morning. My college hours extend from 10 in morning to 6 in the evening. I stay in hostel. I am over weight. I want a healthy diet to maintain my weight and to get a healthy glowing skin and a healthy mind. Please suggest

I think if you are doing yoga and Pranayama in the right way and at the right time,it's sufficient to achieve glowing skin and healthy mind. You can also reduce weight by doing yoga. You should avoid oily spicy and junk food . Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Follow all ayurvedic principles and you can achieve what you want.
