A resting heart rate is normal between 60-100 beats per minute. A resting heart rate is fast (i.e. Tachycardia) at greater than 100 beats per minute needs to be worried about. So don't panic. Just follow healthy lifestyle, eat nutritious food, avoid spicy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking, do regular exercise, be hydrated, have proper sleep, be stress free.
