Hello my age is 28 male. It's been one week, I don't know what's wrong with my stomach, I don't feel to do poop (latrine) and it's not clear and all, last three days my stomach is started bulging, I don't fell hungry and all, and I think I have so much of gas problem also, I am taking medicine also but still I don't feel to go pupu neither my gas is going. And since last night my back side is paining soo much. Please help me.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night
