I'll go gym oftenly may be 2-4 days in a week whenever I make my mind to do at a regular level my collar muscle pains starts all around my back .i do not know about the reason why it get started suddenly and the pain from I suffered made me unregular from gym but I want to be regular at gym and cut my belly fat i am skinny fat person.

If you have pain on your vertebral column don't do GYM as there might be cervical spondylosis and irregular GYM is also bad. If you want to remove belly fat than do fast walking of 2 km daily and take nutritional diet which are fat free this will solve your purpose without giving pain to any part of body.
