I have pain in my stomach. From 1 week sometime pain occurs sometime I feel relaxed. Please advise

Dear lybrateuser, - Your pain could be due acidity - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food,have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains - restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol & smoking - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water - take tablet Pan40, 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast till pain subsides.
