Maxillary - ethmoid sinusitis, Polyp left maxillary sinus it's hard to breathe. I've been having nasal blockage from birth. Have done Septoplasty surgery 4 years back. Still can't breathe properly because of sinuses now. I cannot sleep at night without using nasal sprays or even at day times.
