I had unprotected sex couple of months back. After that when I pull back my foreskin I find dead skin like substance. There is no pain or wound but just white substance. I am very hygienic. I clean it and yet find it back again. I am worried now. My foreskin has also become tight. Please help.

Hi ..It's called smegma .. Wash the end of the penis (the glans) each day. Pull the foreskin back gently whilst in the bath or shower. Then gently clean the glans using just water, or water and a bland soap.
