Hi doctor, when I sleep the sound of snoring comes from that's why my husband gets disturb. Please doctor suggest me any home remedies how to remove this irritating sounds please help me.

Instilled 3-3 drops of Anu oil, or Shadbindu tail at bedtime in both nostrils. Continue at least 3 months. Use short pillow. Apply coconut oil or Mustered oil at sole before sleep. Take healthy diet avoid cold water intake and bathing.
