Is digital bp machine accurate my doctor says my bp is always 130/90 and my bp machine shows 140/95 I am using omron 7130 model machine. Very confused as my doctors say my diastolic is always maximum 90 or 92 sometime time very rarely. Very confused pls suggest.

90 or 92 does not make much difference the regular morning evening reading after lying fown camly 10 min will give correct picture. Reduce salt fatty and sugar diet have light walk in morning drink more water and watch on urine output. You will know and get releif.
