Dedication is something only you can work on. No one else can give it to you. You need to increase your will-power for doing the right things. Visualise yourself in the mind how you want to look after reducing weight. This will motivate you to east right foods and give up wrong ones.

You are desperate to loose weight but problem is you might be thinking that you have to loose fast and in that dedication becomes a challenge. Always try to focus on achieving small targets and while loosing weight you have to be very patient. So, be patient and achieve smaller goals.
