I got my last period on 8th November. I was operated for endometriosis chocolate cyst on 21st September on left ovary. After that I got a period in the month of November. It was a normal period. Now I am having symptoms of pregnancy like constipation, dizziness etc. But home pregnancy hcg kit is showing negative result. Help me out.

If urine test for pregnancy is negative than we should wait for the periods to come on its own and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.
