Hi lybrate-user, you need to take a balanced diet (carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals) besides this you need to do muscle workout 1- 2 hrs a day. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily wake up before 6 am and sleep before 10 pm avoid fried, oily stuffs try to take boiled veg and fresh fruits do pranayam (breathing practices) add vit E supplements and protein derivatives in your diet.
