I am suffering from severe nightfall since last 2 years .But now it has reached its peak level and happening all the times .Even after urine its happening .The lips of the penis is wet all over the days and really irritating. Nowadays I can see some drastic changes in my penis like redness, enlargement in nerves and zigzigs etc .I am really helpless .Its like a spontaneous nocturnal emissions.
