good morning as you have mentioned your daily program just wanted to know are you doing all these things on a daily basis or you alternate them as cycling with running one day and gyming another day and please tell me are you having enough supplementation such as vitamin calcium proteins after or pre workout I would have suggested you to do back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises prior and post your workout cycling it cell give lot of stress on your back if you are riding for this distance so please distribute your load and start doing stretching exercises or show it to some orthopedician for better evaluation thank you
