Hi Ananth.. the black spots are because of the scar marks of the pimples... so first what we need to do is treat the pimples first.. What you need to understand is acne or pimples are also a kind of skin disease... and treating them with local applications like creams lotions or face wash will never cure them... they may give temporary relief...
