I am having anxiety since my childhood. I used to feel anxious about each and every thing related to films, although I tackle hectic situations with a very cool mindset. A couple of days ago, I have suffered a panic attack and I have been thinking that I would pass out. It lasted for a couple of hours. Also, Sometimes, I guess that my blood pressure fluctuates, for obvious reasons. And I also have trouble sleeping and I fear anxiety ruining my peaceful sleep. Today, I have noticed that I am getting scared/anxious watching horror or intense film scenes, never before I have felt this, in fact I used to watch Horror movies alone at night on full volume. I want to control my anxiety levels and be healthy here on. I would also like to mention that I take following medicines for my hairloss cure- Mintop 10%, Bioexidil and Finax. Thank you.
