I am 35 male, weigh 78 kg. I am having tachycardia so taking pill (telmisartan+metoprolol) combination from 5 years suggested by cardiologist. I get on and off pains near left chest, just 2 inch below left nipple, sometimes 3_4 inch above left nipple. Sometimes 2 inch upright of left nipple. I feel better when I squeeze that part. 10 days back, I again started worrying and met good cardiologist. He did ECG and said it has nothing to do with heart. And told to continue pill which I am taking for bp. From last 4-5 days I am feeling dull pain in right arm. The pain is 4_5 inch above elbow and 3_4 inch below soft shoulder part of left arm. I just called different cardiologist who saw my recent ECG, he asked me whether I HV sugar and if I can pull up weight by hand. I said I can lift any weight and no sugar but only feels some unbearable pain on left arm, particular point that makes that upper arm feel uneasy. He also said, it's not related to heart. Now, I am having burping since last so many days and such pains esp left side on and off and now on left arm point. Is it acidity? Is it ulcer? Is it pinched nerve? O worry if it's enigma. I have anxiety as well. I am concerned about cardiac arrest as in news saw lot of young ppl died of cardiac arrest. please guide me through. Thanking you doctor.
