Dear Dr. Treatment for pakkavatham. I am Suffering from pakkavatham the Dr. says But I am not able to walk freely and lightly have speech problem. I am taking enough exercise. I am 63 years old retired bank officer the decide is not much but disturbs me much .I am diabetic with BP too under control.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Following a stroke both speech and walking as well as ability to use the affected side limbs (upper & lower) becomes difficult. Taking or doing assigned exercises regularly is the only way to improve mobility. Plus keeping blood glucose in check and BP normal will help. Thanks.
