At your age of just 18 years, you may be mistaking calculus as tooth layering. My advice is, visit a dentist and let him find the truth. If there are calculus or similar deposits on teeth surface, he will clean and polish it. Learn tooth brushing methods to maintain the outcome of dental treatments longer. Use prescribed mouthwash.
