Hi Lybrate user. You can adjust your wt by eating proper diet. And by frequent small less carb. And fat diet. Your wt is already on higher site. So you take in breakfast like Poha, digital with vegetables one katori after 2 hrs 1 glass of milk with protein pulv. Plus 10 almond bhigi Hui .after 2 hrs seasonal fruit like apple ,banana etc except papaya. After 2 hrs lunch No paratha ,No oily spicy curry. Sirf simple dal, 2small chapates 1katori (small) rice, seasonal vegetables sp green leafy vegetables, salad. No outside food ,no Thela's golgappa's, no kachori. No samosas. Etc no sweats. If your desire is. To eat some sweet s than eat kismis. Jaggery, (gud), fruit s .You Also take sprouts. Some kaju (kasunut) in tea time. 6 to7 pm take dinner. Same. In night One glass of milk. Go to bed early if you awake late in night than you eat This increases the wright. After 2to3 hours lof dinner you go to Walk. And so on.
