I was taking Norethisterone tablets for stopping my periods which went on for 15 days by mistake I skipped one dose and my periods didn't star again and I skipped one more intentionally, so shall I start my course or its okay.

At 27 you're taking hormones which can lead to complications like hormonal imbalances and irregular periods my suggestion is to stop medicine, wait and watch for next cycle get ultrasound done to rule out other causes.
