I am using becadamine multivitamin 2 tablet in which I get 10000 IU of vitamin A, which is the maximum overlimit. My question is that if I get extra vitamin A from food then will it result in vitamin A overdose. And also tell me that the upper limit of vitamin A which is 10000 IU is only for multivitamin intake or including food is the upper limit.
