I want to ask this that in night I can not sleep. Can you please suggest me something so that j can sleep at night on time.

Do not sleep in the afternoon. Use your bed only for sleeping and not for other activities like eating, studying. Stick to your routine time of sleep. Do not watch television at times of sleep. Keep your mobile switched off or on silent mode during time of sleep. These tips would help you to sleep on time.
