I am having diabetes from last 8 years; and I am on medication. But instead of taking medicine my sugar lever is not in control some time it's very high and some time it is very low. And I also face some skin problems like boils on face and in head with pus. Fungal infection on genitals. And itching on the penis is very irritating. And also having anger without any reason or on very tiny causes. Is this anger due to diabetes? Please suggest the vegetarian diet to control on blood glucose level. There is also itching in eyes and blur vision and sometime water discharge. And there is also impact on sexual life; now loss of desire, loss of erection, early discharge of semen. I have also consult with sexopsycologist for this problem but till the medicines is running problem is less but as the medicine is got stopped problem occurred again. My psychiatrist giving lot of medicines according to my Diabetologist. Now I am under confusion that where to go. Please Guide me.

I can understand your situation. Diabetes causes multiple problems which no one can see superficially. All the features which you r describing suggest that you have long term diabetes and moreover it?s not under control. If sugars r in control level, we generally don?t develop complications. First you need to controls it. If oral drugs r not able to do it, probably you have less number of beta cells left in your pancreas which produces insulin. So this is the time when you need insulin, as body is not making it in enough amount. U must be thinking about low sugars! There are many long acting insulin in the market, which will never cause low sugar. Whatever psychiatrist started you continue those drugs without fear. Just ask him for how long you need to take it. Also discuss your medical condition to him. I hope you get your answer.
