Hi, In the evening the lower rectum irritates as the stool is jammed and does not move further. If it moves there is relief. What to do Please suggest me something for that?

Hi, Drink 3-4 litres of water per day and include plenty of fiber in your diet like raw vegetables, greens, sprouts,, oats etc. Walk daily for one hour. Take Isabgol husk 1-2 tsf and mix it with half a glass of hot water and drink it immediately at bedtime to get easy evacuation.
