Hi, I am 57 years old male. I am suffering from heel spur (as detected in X-ray) for the last 3 months. After taking prescribed medicines for 5 weeks as advised by orthopaedics, there is slight relief. But not fully cured. I feel pain on walking. I am regularly taking medicines for hypothyroidism (thyroxine 150 mcg) for the last 25 years, high blood pressure (Tenoclor 50 and Amcard 5) for the last 25 years, mild blood sugar (Glycomet GP1 for the last 2 months) and Aspisol 75 for the last 25 years. No uric acid, no cholesterol. Please Advise me.
