I am 24 year old male I gained weight from 62 kgs to 90 kgs in 4 years actually my belly was very much protruded leaving hands normal and I noticed fat under my chin I think the reason is I ate very much of biryani medically I am healthy no thyroid or any other problems the only problem I am facing is its difficult to sit in a place for long time can you suggest me any tips?

You need to shed at least 15-20 kgs weight for which you need to change your lifestyle. Start doing some physical activity regularly for atleast 30-40 mins and change your eating pattern.
