Hello sir, after daily routine work, when I rest lying at afternoon or in evening, I feel my heart is pumping and beating and feel uncomfortable. I get tested ECG and ECHO. ECG is normal.In ECHO test two points have been mentioned differently. One is that normal left ventricle Systolic function (EF=60-65%) and second is that Diastolic dysfunction of left ventricle present (A>E). What this indicate?

Echo is almost normal,, diastolic dysfunction is very common,it is not very much grave disorder,,soo nothing to worry
