I am 32 years old male My blood sugar report is following. Hb1ac-6.8 Fasting-87 mg on 31 oct 2017 Rbs-225 mg on 17/12/2018 Fasting-105 on 18/12/2017 height-5.8, weight-100 kg Sugar diet and walking started now. Kindly guide me any composition which needs to be take.

Avoid stress by doing meditation and yoga which is the primary cause for diabetes. Whatever diet you follow if there is stress, anxieties and worries with loss of sleep your diabetes level will always be high. Even doctors are not aware of these things and they concentrate mainly on diet only for patients. But what I have seen in my personal experience with patients is that most of them are highly stressed individuals.
