I am 25 years old boy I have underweight problem. According to my height my weight is very low i.e it has only 45 kg. I have tried hard to increase weight but not success. My body is very undeveloped and weak. I want to know that what should I want to do to gain good weight and make well developed muscular body. I feel guilty and shame when I meet another people. So please tell me solution to increase weight and to make good well developed body.
