Sir, I am BMV patient (RHD) done 2010 may, I am frequently checking and consulting the cardiology doctor and doing well. But I am facing pulse drop (1 second) issue and breathing problem at night time before going to sleep, and after food (lunch and dinner) while sitting and lying on the bed. While standing and walking no issue. When consulting with cardiology doctor and general medicine doctor in chennai says that my cardiac function is normal. Because of gastric problem you are facing such issue, ECG, BP and sugar normal. Please doctor kindly suggest me on the pulse drop and breathing issue what are the remedial measures I have to take, now I am working in oman.
