Hello, Thanks for the query. Excess urination in winter does occur due cool climate. However, if a person has high blood glucose then chances increase as glucose is passed in the urine. This attracts more water in the bladder hence more urine passing. Please check your fasting, PP glucose and HbA1c%. PP 143 shows very mild increase, not a diabetic situation. Thanks.

Blood sugar after meals seems normal, better would be to get a fasting blood sugar which should be less than 110 mg. Take less of water especially within 4 hrs of sleeping, empty your urine just before you go to bed. Do not take fluids during sleep awakening.
