I am 34 years old, I have a very deep under eye dark circle .It looks that eyes are going inside from the face. What should I do for that.

Dark circles are very common around the eyes. They could be due to dark skin around eyes or deep seated eyes or vascular cause. If the skin around eyes is dark, we can give some creams to change that but for deep seated eyes, usually fillers are required. Fillers are injections containing a natural substance which fills the deficit.
