Mr. lybrate-user , Thanks for the query. There is no short cut to becoming fit and may be muscular. You have join a gym, do the workouts under the guidance of a professional trainer. Plus take high protein diet. If you are a vegetarian and taking eggs, then take 3 to 4 eggs a day, in addition to your routine diet. Avoid bakery items, pastries, sweets, foods made from mada. Avoid junk foods, like pizza, burgers and colas. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Add soy beans to your diet. If non =vegetarian then take chicken & fish. Avoid red meat. Also avoid alcohol and smoking. Thanks.
