Hi doc I am 19 years old and I am over weight. Please tell some best way to reduce weight. Like I do not want to become thin but I wanna be fit. Please help me because I have tried many things but nothing works.

Dear user to control your wt you have to maintain your diet you have to avoid fried foods and also avoid munching if you do so also start taking salads in your meals and you can also take fruits and can try to follow a diet chart which I can provide you if you give me more of your details.
