I was fine, the time I joined gym started quit good diet every day (Almond ,milk, boiled eggs etc) from three days I'm suffering from night fall. I'm worried because I'm losing all strength. It's because I started gym and good diet?

Hello- There are many reasons behind nightfall which needs different approach to recover. You are taking a high protein diet which is hard t digest so disturbs digestion and also promotes nightfall. Reduce extra protein from your diet or distribute it to proper parts so that it does not stresses your digestive and your reproductive system.
